Information You Submit
A name, place, or other term entered in a sponsored search tool passes to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Jackson County Released Inmates does not store or log those query terms on its own systems. A message sent directly to the site may be retained long enough to answer it. Message content is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.

Outside Websites and Advertising
Links may lead to JCDC, Kentucky DOC, court resources, federal locators, and outside search services. Once a visitor leaves this site, the destination's own privacy rules control. Advertising providers may measure activity across websites for targeted advertising on their systems, not on a system controlled by this site.
Recipients of Information
Personal information is not sold. Limited data may reach search partners that process a query, analytics providers, advertising networks, and law enforcement or another government authority acting under a valid legal order.
Security Measures
Reasonable, standard safeguards are used to protect information. No internet service, transmission, or storage system can be promised as fully secure or immune from a breach.
Visitors Under Eighteen
The service is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian who believes a minor submitted data may use the Contacts page to request deletion.
Your Privacy Choices
Subject to applicable law and the site's ability to verify a request, a person may ask for a copy of personal data held, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, or an opt-out from certain processing. These rights concern data controlled by this site. Requests about a jail, court, DOC, or search partner record must go to that holder.
